The plaque is divided into two registers with the upper one containing a scene of a seated deity surrounded by lesser deities including Ganesh and Garuda on the left all with inscriptions. A sun and moon are depicted along the top either side of the central figure. Below there are three individual scenes of further deities including that of the Jagarnath and his brother on the right hand side.
