John Philip Kemble holds a cat (Angelica Catalani) by the tail in his right hand and waves a print with an image of Covent Garden Theatre entitled 'The House that Jack Built' over the head of a seated John Bull with his left hand. The print is a commet on the Old Price riots of 1809. Published in London by T. Tegg.
