Child's two-horse pedal buggy, consisting of two identical horses, each made up two sections of pressed mild steel. They are white with gold painted manes and tails, with brown hooves and eyes. Eacxh has its left front leg raised in a trotting position, and wears a red, yellow and green harness. The horses are bolted to a red central tubular shaft attached to the front of the buggy. The buggy is made up of red tubular and flattened steel sections on yellow wheels with red hubs and black rubber tyres. It has an adjustable seat made up of wooden slats, with two thin red tubular armrests. There are 'U'-shaped pedals at the front of the buggy.

This object is supposed to represent a 'Pioneer Wagon' from America's Old West. The textile cover is missing.

On entry to the Museum its conditon was noted as 'good, but the reins, which would have been fixed to the horse's mouth by way of two holes on either side of the face, are missing'

Mobo toys were made by D. Sebel & Co Ltd in Erith, Kent, from 1947 to 1972.
