Blade is a white plastic attached at one end t a blue plastic guard which contaisns a disc of plastic divided into three with a clear area, a red area, and a green area. This disc protrudes at the side so it can be turned and the colours can be changed. The hilt screws into the guard. It is red and yellow ribbed plastic and a blue on/off switch at the wide and a blue end. The hilt should contain two batteries to light the flash light bulb housed in silver plastic at the guard end.
