Given by the British Theatre Museum Association by Miss Doris Langley Moore in April 1965.

The underskirt was worn with costumes S.1443A/B-1984 and S.84/A-1978 by Vivien Leigh as Paola in Jean Giraudoux's play Duel of Angels, Apollo Theatre, 1958. Designed by Christian Dior.
