Cabinet, in the form of a miniature chest of drawers of painted pinewood in hues of blue, green, red, white and gold. The surface is painted with oval medallions containing buildings and landscapes, and borders of flowers. On the back is a cartouche bearing the date 1795. The chest stands on four turned wooden legs and has three drawers, each with a central brass handle. The front of the chest is curved and its top overhangs the front and sides, supporting a box with a hinged lid. A wire inside the box passes down the back of the cabinet and prevents the top two drawers from opening.
