This fish knife forms part of a suite of tableware designed by Kay Bojesen, Silversmiths, Copenhagen. Most of the suite was designed in 1938 but several additional pieces were designed at a later date. The design became entitled "Grand Prix" when it was awarded a Grand Prix at the Milan Triennale of 1951.

Physical description
Fish knife, sterling silver; the knife has a flat, slightly tapering handle which curves down to form the base of the broader blade. The blade rises up at an angle from its base; it is straight on one side and curved on the other.
