Copy in tempera [watercolour] of portion of the carved marble decoration on the exterior of the Green Mosque (Yeshil Jami') at Broussa, built in 1420 by the Sultan Mahomet I; a tympanum and spandril have been reproduced, the former containing a pattern of interlacing strapwork and simulated Kufic inscriptions, and the latter a design of scrolling stems and leaves; there is also a small oblong panel with a geometric device. On paper on stretcher.
