Object history
Frances Hodgkin's only surviving print. It was one of the fifteen prints in the second series, launched in March 1938 by Contemporary Lithographs Ltd, a project founded in 1936 by Robert Wellington and John Piper, to provide the wide public reasonably priced artwork.
