Physical description

Photo-chromo lithograph poster entitled 'Women of Britain Come into the Factories' depicting a woman smiling with her arms aloft, with a fleet of army aircraft streaming over her head in the sky, coming from the direction of a factory with chimneys behind her to the left of the poster. Just behind the figure of the woman to the right of the poster are some tanks, also advancing with the factory behind them. The sky is red and white and her overalls are a neutral brown/grey in colour. The title of the poster provides the message in white lettering over black, as well as the information 'Ask at any Employment Exchange for advice and full details'. Signed by the artist 'Zec' and with the name and address of the printers in London.
