The inscription around this bowl is a prayer for the Fourteen Immaculates. They are the Prophet Muhammad, his daughter Fatimah, her husband Ali, and their descendants, who are considered Muhammad’s rightful successors. Below the inscription, a group of horsemen are depicted hunting lions, ibex and geese.

Copper cast and turned footed bowl, engraved and inlaid with black composition over tinned surface. Decortaed with hunting scenes and inscriptions, including the name of the owner, Muhammad Sadiq.
