Pencil, pen, and watercolour drawing on paper of the street-facing front elevation of a three storey building. The ground floor is painted in orange, yellow, putty, and violet colours. From left to right, it is made up of a set of bay windows, a pair of doors, another set of bay windows, a singular door, a three-paned window, and a main door at the furthest right. Carved pilasters are drawn at the sides of the right-most door. The first floor is made up of several windows with brick details at their sides. A strip of moulding painted in mustard yellow lines the roof line above the first floor windows. The roof is painted in blue and three chimneys extend from its upper peak. The ground below the bottom floor is painted a brown wash. Dimensions of each storey are included in pen to the left side of the elevation.
