Kilt, of unlined wool and cotton blend fabric in a pattern resembling Royal Stewart tartan. The kilt is pleated to a broad band of elastic at the waist, where it fastens with internal hooks and loops and an external hook and eye. The garment is trimmed with two rosettes of black ribbon (with matching streamers )on the outside edge, and worn with the kilt pin B.51-1999.
