The Virgin wearing a veil and a long mantle kneels on the right, her left hand resting on an open book on her desk. She turns back to the approaching angel who kneels on the left with a plain scroll. Between them a thin column supporting round arches. In the background two round headed windows with diamond leading. The relief is concave and has a raised border. |
