Costume for ?Jane Seymour or ?Catherine Howard worn by Roziska Sabo. Red brown velvet 'leotard' tunic with graduated square neck and short sleeves to which are attached bell shaped long sleeves in novelty lurex decorated with all over large lattice in narrow black cord; under the sleeves are full long sleeves of off white figured art silk elasticated into the wrist, above frill. Around each leg is a red brown frill of marquisette. The waist is trimmed with narrow gold braid. The neck is filled with flesh coloured chiffon, up to a high neck band of gold interwoven braid; within the chiffon band is a decoration in narrow black cord and two vertical bands of bright gold braid. The neck of the 'leotard' is edged with two spaced rows of black braid, between which is gold brocade decorated with 'rubies' and pearl crosses. On the front chest is a 'medallion' of black satin outlined in black cord, decorated with gold cord and set with red and blue jewels and from the bottom three rows of graduated pearls. High cut legs and very pointed low waist edged with two rows of gold cord.
