Blouse of unlined white cotton piqué, with a rounded drawstring neck gathered into an upstanding frill, and elbow-length puff sleeves elasticated into a frill at the hem. The garment fastens the length of the front with bound buttons and stitched buttonholes, and the neck drawstrings of white cotton tape tie at the neck front.
