Physical description

Small marionette of a policeman with ruddy cheeks and a handlebar moustache. He has a carved and painted head, hands, lower arms, legs and boots and a carved helmet integral to the head. He wears a blue cotton uniform jacket and trousers and carries a black-painted wooden truncheon in his right hand. His left sleeve is missing. His belt buckle and right cuff are of painted paper.
