Toy marionette of a traditional Sicilian puppet soldier, with painted clay head, helmet, body, lower arms and hands, legs and feet. His helmet is silver with a gold crest; his torso is painted with a gold breast-plate and his face with clearly defined black eyebrows, eyelashes and red lips. His legs and boots are painted in matt paint. He wears tan-coloured cotton trousers and sleeves. The figure is not strung
