  • Maker's mark 'I P' in a shaped punch for John Peard Junior, struck twice on the back of the stem; town mark of Barnstaple struck once on back of the stem.
  • Pricked on the back of the treffid end of the spoon: 'Sep 25ht 1700 I P'
