Candlestick, silver, circular with a pear shaped handle and detachable extinguisher, standing on three knob feet. The handle is faceted and is attached by scrolls. The stem is pierced with a slit for snuffers (missing). The extinguisher has a scroll handle and a moulded finial, and a hook to hang it to the stem; it is in engraved with the letter M and the same arms and monogram as the candlestick, Taylour,co. Salop.

Physical description
Candlestick, silver, circular with a pear shaped handle and detachable extinguisher, standing on three knob feet. The handle is faceted and is attached by scrolls. The stem is pierced with a slit for snuffers (missing). The extinguisher has a scroll handle and a moulded finial, and a hook to hang it to the stem; it is in engraved with the letter M and the same arms and monogram as the candlestick, Taylour,co. Salop.
