Von Baczko became Director in 1928 and was responsible for contacting Lindig for Bauhaus designs, the copyright of which belonged to Lindig. These Bauhaus designs were for tea, coffee and chocolate only. The original designs came into production at Karlsruhe in 1929, some of them produced until 1962. Information on and dating of all the Karlsruhe pieces has been provided by Peter Schmitt of the Badisches Landesmuseum, Karlsruhe.
