Printed cotton, possibly a furnishing fabric. A cream background overlaid with a design of diagonally-placed rows of green ovals in which a brown and white giraffe head and upper neck appears. Each giraffe is chewing a spray of brown leaves, the spray "escaping" from the green oval onto the cream ground. One selvedge.
