Design for a decorative panel, set within a rectangular box with a double border. On the inside of each edge is a scrolling motif, the opposing sides being mirrored pairs. The top and bottom edges are decorated with a heart-shaped motif, the lower of which is very faint. The motifs on the sides of the rectangle are smaller and based on foliage forms. The left hand motif is also faint. The paper has been folded into quarters along its central axis, possibly in order to transfer the motifs accurately. Pencil drawing on paper.
