Physical description

Satirical print in which the Emperor Napoleon III is offered a heart by a white-haired man with 'Marguerite Bellanger' written on it; the man rests on a box containing hearts and lettered 'Grand assortiment coeurs enflames'. Print from a set of caricatures, broadsheets and illustrations in ten volumes. Each volume is half-bound in red leather, gold tooled and stamped with imperial emblems, title etc.
