Satirical print with three caricatures of the French general Trochu and a musical score and lyrics. In the illustration on the left the general is shown, his hat falling from his head, with his left hand placed on a doorway with the word 'Sorite' inscribed over it; at the centre he is shown, his hands together, with a roll of paper lettered 'Plan. Plan. Plan' under his arm; on the right he is shown ironing a sheet with the words 'La Marne' written on it. Print from a set of caricatures, broadsheets and illustrations in ten volumes. Each volume is half-bound in red leather, gold tooled and stamped with imperial emblems, title etc.
