The central circle motif is white with smaller light blue circles on a dark blue background, surrounded by a small border with black diamonds on a orange background, surrounded by a larger border featuring orange and blue wheel-shaped motifs with red circles on a green background. The final surrounding border consists of blue and black stripes, red line and orange. Colour scale is shown on the top left corner of page. Designer's signature is on bottom left corner of the design.
