Costume for the Nurse worn by Maggie Jones. Oversize 'tabard' with wide lowish neck, the sides cut away at the front, of off white heavy folkweave, painted with diagonal stripes in gold paint. Attached at the shoulders are loops of heavy and lighter weight cotton ropes, hanging down the back to waist, where they are twisted into a loose 'belt' and around the front. Lined with white ?cotton.

Costume for the Nurse worn by Maggie Jones. Oversize 'tabard' with wide lowish neck, the sides cut away at the front, of off white heavy folkweave, painted with diagonal stripes in gold paint. Costume for the Nurse worn by Maggie Jones in William Shakespeare's play 'Romeo and Juliet', performed by the Meadow Players at the Oxford Playhouse, 18th January 1972. The production was directed by Edgar Wreford, designed by Gordon Aldred, and lit by Nick Chelton.
