Festival head-stall for a cart-bullock formed of canvas covered with green, red and yellow flannel ornamented with applied shaped pieces and white cotton gimp. Consisting of a forehead piece, a rope like band to pass over the top of the neck and a longer strap to go under the jaw. The forehead piece has a triple-pointed projection. Decorated with discs, quatrefoils, crescents and wavy white gimp.

Physical description
Festival head-stall for a cart-bullock formed of canvas covered with green, red and yellow flannel ornamented with applied shaped pieces and white cotton gimp. Consisting of a forehead piece, a rope like band to pass over the top of the neck and a longer strap to go under the jaw. The forehead piece has a triple-pointed projection.
