Festival head-stall for a cart-bullock, formed of canvas covered red, green and yellow flannel ornamented with applied shaped pieces. Consisting of a fore-head piece, a rope like band to pass over the top of the neck, and a lower strap to go under the jaw. The forehead piece has a triple-pointed projection. It is decorated with discs, quatrefoils, crescents and wavy white cotton gimp.
