Drawing in pen and ink on cream card of a young woman with short hair and a curl in the middle of her forehead pulling on a string of pearls around her neck, wearing a long, capped-sleeved dress with a dropped waist. The dress is constructed of two parts, a pleated under-dress and a top layer of floral fabric left open at the front to reveal the under-dress. Around the waist is a large belt decorated with a large flower. In the right-hand corner of the card, written in blue, are instructions to the printer. The design is marked ‘No 11’. On the reverse is a pencil sketch of another figure.
