This series of photographs of fashion model Gregory David at home with his family in Hackney was commissioned for the exhibition 'Imperfect Beauty: the making of contemporary fashion photographs', held in the Canon Photography Gallery, VA from September 2000 to March 2001. The exhibition concentrated on the collaborative process that underpins the production of fashion photography and this images were created to represent the role of the fashion model in that process.
