This Nationalist poster calls for a united effort (symbolised by the peasant, the soldier and the mother) in cause of defeating the Republicans. The design incorporates the arrows and yoke symbol of the Falange, the Spanish fascist party, which General Franco took over and transformed from April 1937. Zaragoza, where this poster was printed, was one of the Nationalist strongholds.
