Tin glazed earthenware dish, with a flat narrow foot ring, apparently ground down and sides spreading outwards in a convex then concave curvature. Decorated with a central stylised tulip motif flanked by involuted leaves and a border of half rosettes separated by a group of dashes in blue, green, yellow-brown and purple paint.
