Step-by-Step guide to downloading high resolution images
To download images in high resolution you must login, or register for a login if you are a first time user. Click on the 'login/register' link at the top of the home page and enter your details.
2) Browse the Collection
Once registered, search the collections to find the images that you want. For further information or additional images of a selected object, click on 'view details' below the image.
3) Select Your Images
To download a single image:
Click on 'download this image' below the image. This will direct you to the 'manage my downloads page'.
To download multiple images:
Click on 'add to download' beneath the image.
4) Manage Your Downloads
By clicking on 'my downloads' at the top right of the page, you will be redirected to a new page called 'manage my downloads'. Here you have the option to 'save for later', 'rename the download' or 'download image now' for each image that you have selected.
5) Request Your Download
Click on 'download image now' for your selected images. You will need to enter the purpose of your download and agree to the terms and conditions. On completing this, you will return to the 'manage my downloads' page, while your order is pending.
6) Download and Save Your Image(s)
Refresh the 'manage my downloads' page, and within 15 minutes, the image will move from the 'pending images' section in to the 'downloaded images' section. You may need to refresh the page more than once. Click on 'download' within this section and you will be able to save a high resolution image for your use.
